Setting Yourself Up For Home Improvement Success.
On projects that need several days to complete, we will walk through with the owner or representative and discuss the project scope. Once we have determined what needs to be done, we will develop a proposal detailing the work, provide a schedule and a total estimated cost. Upon agreement of the scope and services, we will enter into a signed contract for your project. On these types of projects, we will meet with the owner or representative on a regular basis to make sure the project is progressing to the client’s satisfaction. For small project’s that only require one or two days, we will develop a shortened contract that will outline the scope and fee.
We are proud of the work we do and will be happy to provide references upon request. Please contact us here.
